Dear Neighbors,

You are encouraged to attend the annual board meeting of the Chestnut Springs Homeowners Association on December 9. At the meeting, the 2026 budget will be presented for your review. We will also elect new board members for vice president, treasurer and secretary. Any homeowner may choose to self-nominate for these positions before or at the meeting. 2026 HOA DUES

We want to remind you that the 2026 HOA dues of $700 (permanent and recreational members) or $215 (community members) will be due on February 28, 2026. Timely payment is essential to ensure that our community continues to function smoothly and that we can maintain the common areas, amenities and services we all enjoy.

We understand that paying the full amount at once may be challenging for some. To provide flexibility, you may begin paying your dues in advance. You can make payments at any time between now and the February 28 deadline.

To take advantage of this option, simply log in to your account on the Tolley Community Management website (www.TolleyCM.com) and follow the instructions for submitting payment. Early payments can be made in increments that suit your budget, allowing you to spread the cost over the remaining months of 2025 and until the due date of February 28, 2026.

Please note that late fees will be added to your Tolley account beginning March 1, 2026.
